Financial Assistant with Chinese
Job summary and responsibilities
We are looking for a colleague who is fluent in both English and Chinese, to join our International Finance Department with a full-time position, from one of the Romanian offices in Cluj or Bucharest.
As a Financial Assistant you will:
- Manage the accounts payables process and tracking of account movements
- Help with financial data entry and general bookkeeping
- Maintain and control the office cash balance (booking the receipts)
- Provide daily support for the accounts receivables team
- Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review the financial information
- Process invoices and follow up with customers, suppliers and partners as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in the area of finance / business administration / accounting
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Native / fluent in Chinese, advanced English skills (level C1)
- Knowing Romanian is considered an advantage
- Team player with the capability to work in a dynamic and international environment, and excellent interpersonal skills
