L&D Specialist
To strengthen our global teams, we are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to lead the design and development of digital learning content for our employees worldwide. The position of L&D Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100% is a full-time and one-year fixed-term position with option to convert in a permanent employment with career opportunities.
As L&D Specialist you will:
- analyze the company structures, career paths and training system in place
- outline strategies and methods to improve the current learning and development practices
- organize trainings in the fields of leadership, communication, time and stress management
- ensure the training journey is aligned with the individual career path
- lead the planning and execution of global projects ensuring the implementation and application of new structures & practices in our European offices (ES, UK, PL, RO, RS)
- collaborate closely with colleagues in different departments and offices like IT, HR, Office Managers
- prepare regular reports to your supervisor and the Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree with major in Economics or HR
- minimum 5 years of relevant working experience within L&D, Project Management experience is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, other languages are beneficial
- IT affinity in general and experience with at least one training system
- proactive, structured way of working and a self-starter mentality
- capability to work in a dynamic, international environment
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
