Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging top talent for various roles within the company. The role focuses primarily on sourcing candidates through different channels, building talent pipelines, and collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing needs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will:

• Identify future hiring needs and plan the recruitment and selection strategy for different roles together with relevant parties
• Source candidates via different job platforms and social media
• Screen resumes and keep the databases up to date
• Collaborate with the Marketing team in preparing recruitment and onboarding materials, helping them identify the best promotion platforms for certain profiles
• Communication between the parties during the selection process
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Participate in recruiting events such as career fairs or job presentations in universities
• Create and maintain strategic partnerships with external relevant parties such as universities, career centers, and student organizations
• Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the team and higher management

Requirements

• Proven work experience in Recruitment of a minimum 6 months
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/ Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Communication
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience working with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing is a must
• Excellent English skills (C1 level)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking
• Good decision-making skills and a generally determined and action-oriented attitude
• Professionalism and people-oriented approach in conducting daily activities
