Finance Assistant
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant to support our financial team in maintaining structured and accurate financial operations. As an essential part of our department, you'll play a role in processing invoices, assisting with expense calculations for business activities, and supporting routine financial tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy. You will also help in preparing financial documentation, managing data entry, and providing administrative support, contributing to our team’s efficiency and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
Our job opening for “Finance Assistant” in Romania is a full-time, office-based position, in Cluj-Napoca.
As a Finance Assistant you will:
- Manage invoices, collecting and recording them in the internal platform;
- Prepare and process delegation orders using the internal platform;
- Review and process reimbursement forms in the internal platform;
- Support financial reporting by preparing weekly and monthly cost reports and addressing inquiries from financial controllers;
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and compile various reports as requested by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics or Informatics;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong skills in written and spoken English;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Strong communication and coordination skills;
- Professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.
