Our job openings for IT Support Team Lead in Romania are full-time, office-based positions, in Cluj-Napoca.
As an IT Support Team Lead you will:
- Lead and manage the IT support team, promoting a collaborative and productive environment
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the team meets and delivers high-quality service
- Provide operational support for Windows laptop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Respond to all IT-related issues (hardware and software) within the office daily.
- Have knowledge of budget procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues using a solid understanding of networking principles
- Manage and administer M365 environments with solid knowledge of its functionalities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues effectively
- Utilize ticketing systems, such as Jira, to track and resolve IT issues efficiently
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a technical field of study
- Strong skills in written and spoken English
- Previous experience in team management or leadership roles within IT support or related fields
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT support or a similar role
- Certification in CompTIA A+ and Microsoft MS-900 is highly beneficial
