HR Assistant
Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bucharest.
You don’t need to have extensive experience, we are open to training the right person. What matters most is your willingness to learn, a proactive mindset, and a “can-do” attitude.
In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to the smooth running of the department. It’s a great opportunity to start or develop your career in HR while gaining hands-on experience across various HR processes.
As an HR Generalist, you will:
Employee Administration:
- Create employment contracts, addendums, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Issue various employee certificates upon request.
- Schedule labor medicine appointments for hiring and periodical medical exams.
- Maintain and update databases and hard-copy employee documents.
- Monitor employee documentation to ensure validity and compliance.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Offer recruitment support, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Conduct new employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration.
- Assist in implementing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a similar field.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in an HR assistant role will be considered a plus.

- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency Microsoft Office.
