Our job openings for IT Support Specialist in Romania are full-time, office-based positions, in Bucharest.
As an IT Support Specialist you will:
- Provide operational support for Windows laptop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate network knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues
- Have basic knowledge of managing and administering M365 environments
- Apply hardware troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Utilize ticketing systems, such as Jira, to track and resolve IT issues
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a technical field of study, or 2+ years in a similar position
- Certification in CompTIA A+ and Microsoft MS-900 would be highly beneficial.
- Strong skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to multitask with keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Previous experience in IT support or related roles is an advantage
