Our job openings for IT Support Specialist in Romania are full-time, office-based positions, in Bucharest.

As an IT Support Specialist you will:

• Provide operational support for Windows laptop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrate network knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues
• Have basic knowledge of managing and administering M365 environments
• Apply hardware troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Utilize ticketing systems, such as Jira, to track and resolve IT issues
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a technical field of study, or 2+ years in a similar position
  
• Certification in CompTIA A+ and Microsoft MS-900 would be highly beneficial.
• Strong skills in written and spoken English
• Ability to multitask with keen attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Previous experience in IT support or related roles is an advantage
