Graphic Designer
Job Summary
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to work closely with senior designers, the conference team, and editorial colleagues in producing both print and digital visual materials. The Graphic Designer will help develop and deliver creative assets aligned with the company’s objectives and brand identity. This is a full-time, fully on-site, and permanent position based in Bucharest, Romania.
As a Graphic Designer, you will:
Design and produce online and offline promotional materials and campaigns
- Create journal and book covers following established templates and guidelines
- Assist with everyday design-related tasks and project needs
- Participate in team meetings and contribute with best practice suggestions
- Organize and maintain the file system and graphical assets collections
- Collaborate with design colleagues from international offices on various creative projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 1+ years of work experience in a similar role
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects is a plus)
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience with print and digital formats
- Related job or internship experience is considered a plus
